Financial planning for what comes next

Serving business owners and families approaching retirement.

We help you make better decisions about retirement, investments, taxes, your family, and the life you want to build.

Who We Serve

Good financial planning starts with the questions that matter.

  • Can I retire?
  • Am I paying too much in taxes?
  • Am I taking the right investment risk?
  • What should I do with my business?
  • How do I turn my assets into income?

We help clients answer those questions, then make better decisions from there.

More on each situation

Jon spent 20 years running businesses before entering wealth management.

He was a partner and vice president at a national marketing and advertising agency, then founded BusinessLoans.com. He has met payroll and carried operating risk, and it shows up in the questions he asks about yours.

Meet Jon

What the first three meetings cover

First, a 30-minute call

No documents. You describe the situation and we'll tell you whether the work fits, what it would cost, and what we would look at first. Some of these end with a referral elsewhere.

Then, discovery

Statements, tax returns, insurance, estate documents, benefits, and the business come into one organized view. Most of the useful findings surface here, before any recommendation.

Then, a written plan

A prioritized action list, coordinated execution with your CPA and attorney, and a review schedule agreed in advance rather than a quarterly form letter.

Where We Serve Locally

We serve clients in more than a dozen states through a combination of in-person and virtual relationships.

Office details are being confirmed with Osaic before launch.

Common questions

How are services paid for?
Our services are primarily fee-based. Financial planning and investment management are billed as a disclosed fee that is agreed to in writing before we begin working together.

In some situations, a product that pays a commission may be appropriate, such as insurance, an annuity, or a directly held mutual fund. If that applies, we'll explain how the product works, how we're compensated, and what alternatives may be available before you make a decision.
Who is the practice built to serve?
Families approaching retirement and business owners who want thoughtful, ongoing financial planning and investment advice. The first conversation is simply to see whether your needs and our approach are a good fit.
How do I check his background?
You can review Jon's professional background through FINRA BrokerCheck, CRD 6415309. BrokerCheck provides information about his employment history and securities registrations.
